Compare repository contribution and CI health from one frozen metric snapshot, then inspect the sanitized pull request, workflow run, and job facts captured for the same metric windows.
The detail reader loads at most 200 pull requests and 200 CI rows. Choose one repository to narrow a busy cohort without changing the pinned snapshot.
Counts use each record's pinned contribution formula and window.

Frozen activity facts
Job rows drive pass, duration, rerun, and flake results when job observations exist. A run row appears only as an explicit fallback. Queue metrics use one selected workflow run attempt so repositories with more jobs do not receive extra weight.
